> Surface treatment

Surface treatment is most commonly used for cleaning, finishing, metal plating treatments aiming at globally improving the surface characteristics (smoothness, brightness, corrosion resistance, mechanical hardening...) of the treated elements. All the lines are computer controlled so as to offer traceability and optimisation of load transfer times.

> Wastewater treatment plants

The department ENVIRONMENT studies and anticipates a panel of solutions for industrial wastewater treatments. These solutions of treatments designed by CORELEC EQUIPEMENTS were initially operated in the surface treatment of metals then gradually they were extended to all fields of industrial activities.

> Services

Now as standard, all line managing systems on our surface treatment plants are equipped with modems to give you access to our remote maintenance services via our helpline.

> Automation and computing

Our automation and computing team is in charge of the study and the conception of your industrial processes, of the production monitoring systems, and of the interfaces between your production tool and your I.T. system.

> Powder coating

CORELEC EQUIPEMENTS designs compact powder coating machines named Machcoat® :

• Innovative : according to a process of preparation and coating (electrostatic powdering) of aluminium and steel profiles, sheets and pre-assembled frames.
• Flexible : particularly dedicated to small series and made-to-measure frame.
• Compact: allowing to be integrated easily in joinery's, powder coating or in storage workshops.
